Toshiba 15LV505 TV DVD Combo Review: I’ve monitored the fluctuating price ranges on this little Tv for several months. The day I made a decision to buy it, the cost dropped for any handful of several hours to $139.99! I purchased it – and wow, what a deal! The first thing I noticed when the order arrived, was that the outdoors from the Toshiba box (within the Amazon carton) was completely covered inside a very-fine, jet-black, silt-like dirt. The outdoors from the Toshiba box was completely filthy dirty. Wierd! Even so, almost everything within the box was clean and just great. As several others have pointed out, the sound high quality is “tinny”, but still perfectly okay for use in my kitchen. The Tv is incredibly sleek and modern and classy-looking. The remote menu is easy to utilize to customize the image details to one’s very own preferences. As previously pointed out by a single reviewer, the agonizingly slow channel-changing dilemma is quickly handled by sinply manually inputting the preferred channel (for illustration, NBC for me is channel 07), after which pressing the “ENTER” button about the remote. So – about the remote, “07″ then “enter”. Basic and easy. The channel changes instantaneously – no delay in any way. Great little Tv. Haven’t applied the DVD player yet, but confirmed that it seems to operate. I am incredibly pleased using the Tv, and incredibly pleased that I waited for that highly minimal cost I paid!
